2. Cook will have a big performance once again

Dalvin Cook has continued his season-long trend of putting together a dominant year out of the backfield for the Vikings in his third NFL season here in 2019, recording career-best numbers on the ground and in the passing game while being fully healthy for basically the first time as a pro.

Through 14 weeks of action and in 13 games, Cook has tallied a career-best 1,108 yards and 13 touchdowns on 241 rushing attempts on the ground. In the passing game, Cook has also recorded a career-best 503 yards through the air on 50 receptions.

Even with only playing about the first half in the Week 14 victory over the Lions on Sunday in Minneapolis, Cook managed to record a team-best 62 yards and one touchdown rushing with a total of 18 carries, also hauling in 13 yards on two catches in the passing attack. In the game, Cook found the endzone for the fifth straight contest and has at least one touchdown in 11 of the 13 games up to this point in the year.

On Sunday against Los Angeles, Cook will once again play a large role within the Minnesota offense and will have a big performance on the ground for the Vikings in the contest on the road.

Coming into the game, the Chargers defense ranks 15th in the league in total rushing yards allowed to opponents, letting opposing teams rush for a total of 1,407 yards up to this point in the season, which comes out to an average of 108.2 yards per game.

Cook has had a really impressive year up to this point, and his dominance will continue in the Week 15 slate of games around the NFL this weekend.
