After losing in the last few seconds to the 49ers, the New Orleans Saints look to right the ship in Week 15 and these three players can help ensure that.

To say that last week was a disappointment would be an understatement. New Orleans Saints fans are probably used to it in a way, but it doesn’t take all the sting away. Despite playing tough against the 49ers for the majority of the game, the team dropped a tough one at home to San Fran.

While the loss was a disappointment, the game as a whole was anything but. The two teams battled it out all four quarters and it was an incredibly appropriate way to end the game.

Things didn’t go in the direction the Saints wanted but it was a quick way to humble them. If anything, their loss to the 49ers is a good motivation for Monday Night Football in Week 15. Facing off against the Colts, the Saints are the clear favorite.

The team is downplaying their playoff run but a win over Indianapolis would help them to get closer to a first-round bye in the postseason. No doubt that would make a huge difference come January.

Let’s not get ahead of ourselves, though. Week 15 hasn’t kicked off for the Saints and the Colts yet. It likely won’t be as exciting as their matchup with the 49ers but it will be a good game. The Colts are fighting for their playoff spot and an upset over the Saints would help.

However, the Saints’ performance last week speaks volumes and it’s obvious they’re going to bring the same energy into Week 15. Before the Colts travel to meet the Saints, here are three New Orleans Saints players who must make an impact if they want to beat the Colts.
