2. Latavius Murray

Latavius Murray has carved out a place for himself in the Saints offense. With the loss of Mark Ingram, the reins were handed over to Alvin Kamara who hasn’t lived up to his performance from last year. Regardless, the New Orleans Saints have still been able to rely on Murray to pick up the slack.

For Week 15, I think that Latavius Murray is going to shine against the Colts. With the team possibly losing Jared Cook for the week, they need that veteran presence on the field. As good as Kamara is, he isn’t a veteran guy, or at least isn’t performing like a reliable player.

Despite Murray being new to the Saints, he’s become one of their most reliable offensive players. Last week, he finished the game with 69 rushing yards and 25 receiving yards. Considering that he’s a backup, that’s pretty decent.

Last week, the Colts didn’t allow much of a run game but the Bucs made up for in their pass attack. With that being said, Murray has proven himself a versatile threat, so Drew Brees is definitely going to target him.

Considering the down year Kamara has had, giving Murray a larger workload is currently what’s best for the team. Murray has proven that he’s their guy when he needs to be and Week 15 isn’t going to be any different.
