Los Angeles Rams vs. Dallas Cowboys: 5 Bold predictions for Week 15
The Dallas Cowboys aim to end a losing skid as they face a hot Los Angeles Rams team on Sunday. Five bold predictions for the Week 15 matchup.
Coming into Sunday in Week 15, the Dallas Cowboys and Los Angeles Rams are both alive in the NFC Playoff hunt. But they are also teams that are trending in extremely different directions. The Rams are making a late charge having won three of their last four while the Cowboys are hanging on by a thread after losing three straight and four of their last five. Coincidentally, they now meet on Sunday at AT&T Stadium.
After weeks of being picked apart, the Rams now sit at 8-5 on the season with Todd Gurley and Jared Goff starting to come alive. Moreover, the addition of Jalen Ramsey has the defense playing better. The question is if that will continue down the home stretch as they push for the postseason.
The Cowboys, meanwhile, need to get some momentum and positive energy coming their way. Dak Prescott, Ezekiel Elliott and the rest of Jason Garrett‘s team have been the subject of a ton of negativity lately and deservedly so. Ahead of a huge NFC East matchup with the Eagles next week, they need to right the ship.
This all makes for a huge Week 15 game in Dallas and here are five bold predictions for the Los Angeles Rams vs. Dallas Cowboys matchup on Sunday.
5. Higbee stays hot with 80 yards, 1 TD
Perhaps the most surprising thing to happen to the Rams in recent weeks is tight end Tyler Higbee looking like Rob Gronkowski. In the past two games, Higbee has been unstoppable in the passing attack.
Against the Cardinals in Week 13, Higbee hauled in seven of his eight targets for 107 yards and a touchdown. He followed that up against the Seahawks last week with another seven receptions that went for 116 yards. In two games, he matched his total from the previous 11 games as a receiver.
With Leighton Vander Esch again set to miss Sunday’s game against Los Angeles for the Cowboys and as Sean Lee is also banged up, Higbee’s little hot streak isn’t going anywhere. He’ll catch another 80 yards on the day and find the end zone once again as well to keep rolling.
