Stud: Another dominant road win

The Vikings have been one of the best teams in the NFL at home this season, and that recent success has bled onto the road and carried with the Vikings in the Week 15 matchup in Los Angeles.

Along with the fact that Minnesota was able to add another dominant road performance to come away with its 10th win of the year, but the Vikings needed the win on Sunday in order to keep pace with Green Bay in the NFC North standings and help set up an even bigger game in Week 16 on Monday Night Football against the Packers

Dud: Not being able to close the gap on Green Bay

Although the Vikings were able to take care of business on their end in the week, which is the most important aspect and really the only thing Minnesota could control, it would have been huge if the Chicago Bears were able to take down Green Bay on Sunday afternoon to push the Vikings into a tie with the Packers atop the division going into the matchup between the two teams next week.

The Vikings will head into the Week 16 game against the Packers on Monday Night Football trailing Green Bay by one game in the division, while still keeping a stronghold onto the second NFL Wild Card spot in the playoff picture.
