Here are the latest NFL Power Rankings Week 16 with only two weeks remaining before playoffs get underway.

After another exciting weekend of football action, the NFL Power Rankings Week 16 certainly has plenty to discuss, whether it happens to be the Philadelphia Eagles somehow still alive in the NFC East or the Buffalo Bills officially clinching a playoff spot by defeating the Pittsburgh Steelers.

But to kick the latest rankings off the right way, it only seems fair to give the Dallas Cowboys the credit they clearly deserve after handing the Los Angeles Rams a brutal 44-21 loss.

Prior to the contest, the Cowboys were receiving all sorts of criticism, ranging from the team’s inability to defeat teams with winning records or simply debating whether Jason Garrett deserves to keep his job beyond the 2019 season.

Take this into consideration with the fact that Los Angeles was coming off a big statement win of their own the previous week by defeating the Seattle Seahawks, it’s easy to see why Sunday’s victory was so important for Dallas.

Plus, with the Eagles hanging on for a thrilling victory over the Washington Redskins earlier in the afternoon, the win sets the Cowboys up for a chance to clinch the NFC East title during Week 16 if they can find a way to defeat their division rivals.

Meanwhile, the Seahawks received a surprise of their own thanks to their victory over the Carolina Panthers to go along with the San Francisco 49ers coming up short against the Atlanta Falcons, meaning Seattle is officially in the No. 1 seed for the NFC playoff picture.

With these two NFC West rivals squaring off in Week 17, one can only imagine the intensity from that contest since the outcome of that battle between the Seahawks and 49ers could have all sorts of playoff implications.
