31. Detroit Lions (30)

Remember all of the excitement surrounding David Blough back on Thanksgiving Day when it seemed like the undrafted rookie was going to help the Detroit Lions finish with a few wins before 2019 comes to an end?

First off, it’s unfair to put all of the blame on Blough since the Lions were dealing with plenty of issues before he even took over the starting role at quarterback due to previous injuries to Matthew Stafford and Jeff Driskel.

After seeing how September turned out, Detroit seemed to be one of those teams that could potentially be a sleeper contender in the NFC, which obviously has been far from the case.

The fact that Detroit has one win to their name since the start of October sums up the kind of year it’s been for the Lions, and there’s a good chance the team will go the final two games without winning once.

Between the Denver Broncos and Green Bay Packers, the Lions seem like they will be in for similar outings as Sunday in which they struggle to put points up on the board.

If the Lions can only manage to score 17 points on a defense like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, why should the offense feel confident about the final two weeks?
