11. CB Marcus Peters, Baltimore Ravens

2019 Salary: $5,868,176

Where he will sign: Las Vegas Raiders

Even after their spending spree last offseason, the soon-to-be Las Vegas Raiders still have plenty of money to move this upcoming offseason. One particular area of need is the secondary, which is still struggling in 2019 despite several supposed upgrades.

One way to solve that problem would be to sign Marcus Peters, who seems likely to be on the move again in 2020. He’s already bounced around a bunch in the last two years, playing for three separate franchises before landing with Ravens this past fall. However, considering his inevitable asking price, returning to Baltimore seems unlikely.

In this situation, I’m predicting he opts to return to the western side of the country by joining the Raiders, who will be moving to Las Vegas next year. That’ll pit him against his former club, the Kansas City Chiefs, twice per year while giving him an opportunity to play for a fanbase that loves talented-and-outspoken playmakers.

Peters should have plenty of suitors when he hits the open market, but the Raiders just make sense. They have enough money to make a deal happen, a need at cornerback and a roster with enough promise to lure in a star like the former 2015 first-round pick.
