4. WR Amari Cooper, Dallas Cowboys

2019 Salary: $13,924,000

Where he will sign: Baltimore Ravens

By the time 2020 NFL free agency rolls around, the Cowboys will have spent a lot of money. They already dished out the big bucks to sign Ezekiel Elliott to an extension, and could very well do the same to lock up Dak Prescott for the long haul (more to come on that).

With that in mind, do the Cowboys have enough cap space to re-sign Amari Cooper as well? Obviously it would be a huge mistake to let the star receiver walk, but Jones is only going to be willing to spend so much money on his top three offensive weapons. And after how things have turned out in 2019, does Cooper even want to return to Dallas?

In hopes of shaking things up a bit, I’m predicting he jumps ship and looks to a more promising franchise in the Baltimore Ravens. Who wouldn’t want to catch passes from Lamar Jackson, the all-too-likely MVP of the current campaign? The Ravens know they need to invest in the receiver position this offseason, and they have the cap space to hand Cooper to big-money deal he deserves.

It would be a huge move for the Ravens, who are already looking like Super Bowl contenders. Bringing Cooper to Baltimore would not only improve their offense but give Jackson the true No. 1 receiver he’s been lacking throughout his sophomore season.
