The Jacksonville Jaguars will need these three players to shine in order to defeat the Atlanta Falcons in Week 16 on Sunday.

Gardner Minshew and the Jacksonville Jaguars are looking to build off their victory in Oakland last Sunday. Minshew rallied the Jaguars for a second-half comeback victory. Jacksonville needs to use that victory as a building block to end the season on a high note.

For the Jaguars and the Atlanta Falcons, the playoffs are a forgotten memory. Atlanta appeared in Super Bowl LI against New England. Jacksonville was just a few minutes away from playing in Super Bowl LII. Currently, both teams are sitting with a 5-9 record.

Minshew Mania has helped to lessen the pain of a horrific 2019 season. Injuries and defections have turned what could have been into a plethora of mustaches in the stands of TIAA Bank Field. However, Minshew can not win games alone. He needs a supporting cast.

Leonard Fournette has turned the corner and has played well. The receiving corps has shined despite the absence of a viable target at tight end. The offensive line has stayed healthy but has had a problem with committing untimely penalties.

Defensively, the 2019 season has been a train wreck. They have given up tons of rushing yards. The Jaguars linebacking crew is a patchwork of healthy bodies.

All of that now in mind, these are the players that the Jaguars need to step up in Week 16 against the Falcons.
