Here are five teams that should be on upset alert for NFL Week 16 of the 2019 season.

After watching the San Francisco 49ers end up on the wrong side of an upset last weekend to the Atlanta Falcons, which teams could become the latest victims during NFL Week 16 with only two games to go?

With the start of playoffs right around the corner, the teams still in the hunt for a playoff spot can’t afford to lose key games this late in the year, or they could end up watching the postseason from home in a few weeks.

While the Baltimore Ravens have already clinched the AFC North title thanks to Lamar Jackson continuing to play on a MVP level, the team still needs to make sure they lock up the No. 1 seed in the conference to provide an extra advantage throughout January.

Luckily, the Ravens will get to face a Cleveland Browns team currently dealing with some unnecessary drama following a rough loss to the Arizona Cardinals, although Baltimore will need to make sure they avoid similar results from the first meeting between these two rivals.

In fact, the Browns were actually the last team to defeat the Ravens all the way back in Week 4, and with this second meeting taking place in Cleveland, there’s every reason to believe this could turn out to be the ultimate trap game.

The good news for Baltimore is they aren’t the only team that will be on upset alert for Week 16, and it only seems fair to get the discussion going with a team looking to clinch the NFC East in the Dallas Cowboys.
