4. Seattle Seahawks

Never in a million years did the Seattle Seahawks ever imagine they would be in position to move back into first place ahead of the San Francisco 49ers entering Week 16, but Pete Carroll and company certainly aren’t upset about it.

Hosting the Atlanta Falcons seemed like a dream scenario for the 49ers last Sunday, and as a result of Julio Jones scoring the go-ahead touchdown in the final seconds, San Francisco face plenty of pressure these final two weeks.

As for the Seahawks, they have every reason in the world to be thrilled over being in the driver’s seat when it comes to controlling their own playoff destiny for the top overall seed in the NFC.

All season, Seattle has been viewed as one of the most dangerous contenders in the NFC, and while they seem to have one of the easiest games of the weekend against the Arizona Cardinals, this is the last team to sleep on.

The Falcons are the perfect example of why the Seahawks shouldn’t take a light approach on their rivals since Kyler Murray is basically playing for experience at this point, and would love to lead Arizona to a second win in a row.

Depending on how the Cardinals look, Russell Wilson and the Seahawks could be in trouble.
