15. Atlanta Falcons (18)

The Atlanta Falcons are the perfect example of too little, too late in the NFL since one can only imagine how this team would look in January if they weren’t already eliminated from the playoffs.

By winning for the fifth time in seven games after defeating the Jacksonville Jaguars 24-12, the Falcons will end the 2019 season as one of the hottest teams in the NFL, but also with one of the most difficult decisions.

A few months ago, Dan Quinn seemed to be heading towards losing his job with the way the Falcons were playing.

In fact, Atlanta somehow lost six games in a row at one point following an impressive Week 2 win over the Philadelphia Eagles, showing just how interesting of a season this has been for the Falcons.

Since the players seem to appreciate playing under Quinn, it wouldn’t come as a surprise one bit if the Falcons decided to give their head coach another go in 2020 since the talent is certainly there on both sides of the football for the team to become contenders once again.

But also, with Atlanta coming up short of the playoffs in each of the last two seasons, do the Falcons really want to risk it again with Quinn?
