13. Dallas Cowboys (11)

Even though the Dallas Cowboys could arguably receive some benefit of the doubt after coming up short against the Philadelphia Eagles due to Dak Prescott’s shoulder injury, this isn’t going to be helpful if the team is watching the playoffs from home come January.

If anything, the Cowboys should feel somewhat embarrassed for failing to take advantage of an Eagles team dealing with all sorts of injuries on both sides of the football.

The fact that Dallas failed to even score a single touchdown against their rivals in a must-win game shows how rough things have been for the Cowboys, and they could get worse if the team loses the NFC East title next weekend.

For weeks, there’s been plenty of talk over whether Jason Garrett deserves to be fired, and if the Cowboys fail to reach the playoffs, there’s a good chance this will actually happen.

Talent wise compared to the Eagles with all the injuries, the Cowboys should have been able to lock up the division weeks ago instead of facing extra pressure entering Week 17.

Sadly, Prescott’s shoulder can’t even be fully blamed for the struggles on offense from this one when looking at all of the dropped passes by Cowboys receivers throughout the contest.
