1. Jason Garrett

For years, Jason Garrett has unfortunately been on the hot seat numerous times, but the argument can be made this year has taken things to new levels.

Playing in one of the weakest divisions in the NFL, the Dallas Cowboys with their talent should have been able to win the NFC East with ease instead of trailing the Philadelphia Eagles by a full game entering the regular-season finale.

Not only have the Cowboys failed to win numerous key games, but with all of the injuries Philadelphia has been dealing with over the months, it’s even more frustrating to see Dallas in this current position.

As bad as it sounds, Sunday’s loss to the Eagles in Week 16 seemed to be the icing on the cake for most Cowboys fans when it comes to keeping Garrett around, and even if Dallas were to somehow make the playoffs, his job would still be far from safe.

Even Jerry Jones seemed to make it clear at one point that it could be Super Bowl or bust as far as Garrett keeping his job is concerned, so it will be interesting to see how this situation plays out around this time next week after Dallas plays the Washington Redskins.
