21. Miami Dolphins (27)

Football fans can criticize the Miami Dolphins all they want for winning games this season instead of tanking for the top overall pick, but this team deserves a ton of credit for ending 2019 by handing the New England Patriots a major loss.

As a result of the win by the Dolphins, the Patriots went from securing a first-round bye to  having to play next weekend as the No. 3 seed, giving Miami some sort of last laugh.

Early on in the 2019 season, there were plenty of football critics that believed Miami could finish the entire year without a single win, meaning their five wins shows how much toughness this team played with.

Brian Flores took plenty of heat as well for his decision to stick with Ryan Fitzpatrick instead of seeing what Josh Rosen could bring to the table, but the veteran clearly gave the Dolphins the best chance to win games.

All of a sudden, Fitzpatrick looks like he could be the quarterback for the Dolphins in 2020 as well since there seems to be plenty of gas left in the old tank, especially after helping the team defeat the Patriots the way he did in Week 17.
