16. Chicago Bears (19)

Even though the Chicago Bears had nothing to play for in Week 17 since they were officially eliminated from the playoffs weeks ago, at least Matt Nagy’s team ended the year on a positive note by earning a win over the Minnesota Vikings.

Rightfully so, Bears fans have plenty of reasons to be frustrated after seeing how this season turned out after Chicago won the NFC North a year ago, and just like plenty of other teams, there will be plenty of questions in need of answers over the next few months.

For starters, despite some of the talk surrounding the Bears considering new quarterback options in the offseason, Mitch Trubisky deserves another shot at the starting job since the UNC product played well at times towards the end of the regular season.

But also, if some of the struggles for Trubisky continue next season, Chicago could be in a similar position as 2019 in which they watch another year with a playoff-caliber roster go to complete waste.

The talent was certainly there for Trubisky to work with on offense, and most quarterbacks would do anything to have the kind of defensive support the Bears quarterbacks was fortunate enough to work with this season, which is part of the reason behind all of the frustration with Chicago.
