14. Los Angeles Rams (14)

Rightfully so, the Los Angeles Rams were considered one of the early favorites in the NFC to make another run at the Super Bowl before the team came up short on numerous occasions to win key games.

Plenty of factors came into play in regards to the Rams missing out on the playoffs for the first time during the Sean McVay era, and while this normally wouldn’t be viewed as that big of a deal, this situation is a bit different.

For starters, Los Angeles took the approach of being in a win-now mode for the second year in a row by bringing on any player, with this instance being Jalen Ramsey, to put the team in the best position possible to make another run at the Super Bowl.

Not to mention, the Rams also made some questionable decisions surrounding the offensive line along with signing Jared Goff to a hefty extension to put the team in a difficult position heading into 2020.

Also, football fans never really received a clear answer over what exactly was going on with Todd Gurley since there were numerous occasions in which the Rams seemed to be afraid to use their star running back too much to avoid another situation like last year.

Either way, the Rams certainly deserve some credit for ending the season on a high note by defeating the Arizona Cardinals, but this team clearly has a lot of questions to answer over the next few months, as some changes are expected.
