10. Thomas catches 12 passes

With the way his first three NFL seasons went, no one should be surprised that Michael Thomas broke the single-season record for receptions in 2019 after hauling in 149 passes to go along with 1,725 yards and nine touchdowns.

Of course, these accomplishments won’t seem as meaningful for Thomas or the Saints if the team loses right away in the playoffs to the Minnesota Vikings, meaning the Ohio State product will need to be on top of his game for Wild Card Weekend.

The good news for New Orleans is with the consistent play behind Thomas, this shouldn’t be a problem at all.

If anything, there should be more concern surrounding the Vikings on defense since keeping Thomas in check will be far from easy since Drew Brees always seems to find a way to help get his favorite target the football.

Since Thomas is one of the most reliable receivers in the league, it’s safe to assume he will see double-digit targets from Brees with ease, and will most likely finish as the top receiver for the Saints.

Plus, if this game turns out to be a shootout, this makes Thomas having a monster game seem even more likely to happen.
