Ranking the 15 best Super Bowl 54 matchups that could possibly happen at the conclusion of the 2020 NFL Playoffs.

After 17 weeks of exciting action, the 2020 NFL Playoffs will officially be getting underway this weekend, and even though Super Bowl 54 is still about a month away, it’s never too early to look at potential matchups.

Around this time last year, the New England Patriots were able to add a sixth Super Bowl title after defeating the Los Angeles Rams, but there will be no rematch this time around in Miami.

While the Patriots will have the chance to defend their title after earning the No. 3 seed in the AFC playoff picture, the Rams are unfortunately going to be watching this year’s playoffs from home after taking a major step back.

Time will tell when it comes to seeing whether New England has what it takes to defend their title, but it’s certainly not going to be easy when looking at some of the contenders that could be standing in their way.

For example, with the Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers each earning the No. 1 seed in their respected conferences, football fans would love to see these two powerhouses square off for the Lombardi Trophy, especially after watching their previous meeting in December.

Of course, a meeting between the Ravens and 49ers wouldn’t be the only great matchup worth considering since there are plenty worth discussing when looking at the 12 current teams that will be battling it out over the next few weeks.
