2. Singletary explodes for 150 rushing yards, 2 TDs

Because he spent much of the season in a timeshare (once he got on the field) and, frankly, wasn’t exactly a heralded rookie entering the league, it feels as if Devin Singletary hasn’t gotten nearly the amount of love for his first season in the NFL that he deserves. But on Saturday afternoon against the Texans, Singletary will change that as he shines on a national stage.

In 12 games this season, Singletary notched 151 carries and produced an impressive 775 yards, good for 5.1 yards per carry, and two touchdowns. Moreover, he caught 29 passes for 194 yards and two additional scores. While he didn’t find his way into the end zone all that often, he was a tremendous force for the Bills and a player they relied on heavily down the stretch.

Though Houston has not been a bad run defense in every game they’ve played this season, the Texans still ranked 25th overall in the regular season in terms of rushing yards allowed per game. And when you factor in the ability of the Bills offensive line in addition to the lackluster Texans linebackers, getting Singletary in space is a recipe for Buffalo success.

Singletary has arguably already broken out if you’ve been paying attention but he’ll have an early career-making performance against Houston. The Bills rookie ball-carrier will be the driving force of the offense and will scamper his way to 150 rushing yards while also adding a couple of receptions and nearing 200 total yards for the day.
