1. Carolina Panthers

First off, the Carolina Panthers deserve a ton of credit for getting an amazing new head coach in Matt Rhule after looking at his previous success in helping both Temple and Baylor turn their programs around.

Some critics can express their concerns over Rhule all they want about the NFL being a completely different ball game, but at least the new head coach already has plenty to work with on the Panthers.

For starters, Rhule is fortunate enough to have one of the league’s most dangerous offensive threats in Christian McCaffrey when seeing the kind of impact the running back made throughout the 2019 season.

But as far as quarterback is concerned, Carolina faces another difficult decision since Cam Newton‘s future appears uncertain, and Kyle Allen turned out to be more of a work in progress after showing a ton of potential early on in 2019.

If the Panthers do decide to start fresh at quarterback heading into 2020, would they ever consider the possibility of going all-in to land Burrow at No. 1?

Long shot or not, at least if this were to happen, Rhule would get a rookie quarterback to work with right away to help build up Carolina’s offense.
