1. Packers get revenge, head to Super Bowl LIV

Once again, when these two teams met in the regular season, things weren’t even close. The 49ers defense completely put the clamps on Rodgers and the Packers offense while the defense had no answer for the San Francisco rushing attack. It was an onslaught that Green Bay had no answer for. But with a trip to Super Bowl LIV hanging in the balance, that’s going to change.

Despite how pristine the 49ers looked against the Vikings in the Divisional Round last week in beating the Vikings, this is still a roster that is largely inexperienced when it comes to high-stakes playoff games. And it doesn’t get more high stakes than playing to win the NFC and having to line up across from Aaron Rodgers and Green Bay at the same time.

Put simply, the Packers have the more experienced quarterback in this type of situation and have just as many ways to take over a game as the Niners do on both sides of the ball. Rodgers is going to step up and live up to his billing as one of the best quarterbacks in the league and the defense is going to make life tough for Garoppolo.

The Packers are going to go into Levi’s Stadium on Sunday evening and take care of everything that they need to. It won’t be a blowout but they’ll make enough plays between chunk offensive gains and forcing defensive turnovers to get past the 49ers and punch their first ticket to the Big Game in almost a decade.
