809. . IOL. Badgers . Tyler Biadasz. 3. player

At many points throughout the 2019 season, Wisconsin center Tyler Biadasz was looked at as a fringe first-round prospect. However, the more the season played out after he elected to return last offseason for another year in college, it was clear that 2018 was a far better campaign for the big man in the trenches. Having said that, Biadasz still offers a ton of value.

Biadasz has plenty of film that shows terrific technique, athleticism for an interior lineman and general effectiveness that makes you believe he can thrive either at center or at guard. The reason he drops to Round 3, however, is that those reps on film were not as prevalent in 2019 as they were in 2018.

Even still, the Browns’ offensive line woes aren’t limited to tackle and they need to address the interior. Some may say Wyatt Teller is the future at right guard but at least giving him some high-end competition wouldn’t hurt as having talented players in the building is never a bad idea.

Tigers . Rashard Lawrence. 3. player. 817. . DT

It’s quite clear that the Browns still need to address the depth at defensive tackle moving forward. Larry Ogunjobi continues to look like a stud on the interior and Sheldon Richardson gave Cleveland a solid season this past year. They need depth behind those two players, who will both remain in tow for the 2020 season and beyond. Rashard Lawrence comes to mind as an interesting piece at the end of the third round.

Lawrence’s overall limitations in terms of both his athleticism and technique make it unlikely that he’ll be an every-down player with great effectiveness, at least right away. Having said that, the experienced LSU disrupter should be able to come in as a rotational piece that can give valuable spells to Ogunjobi and Richardson and be effective in certain roles.
