Whether you’re a diehard football fan or not, there’s a good chance you’re tuning in for Super Bowl LIV. Sure, the matchup between the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs should deliver a boatload of entertainment. But more than that, everyone loves getting together, turning on the TV, eating great food, seeing the commercials and taking in everything around the Super Bowl.
The key component of that, of course, is turning on the game itself. And you can do that on Sunday by flipping to FOX at 6:30 p.m. ET when Super Bowl LIV will be on air. The Chiefs entered the playoffs as the No. 2 seed in the AFC and have one of the most explosive offenses in the league led by the 2018 NFL MVP, Mahomes, and surrounding him with elite playmakers like Travis Kelce and Tyreek Hill. The question will be if their defense continues to step up and matches an offense — and if that offense can score on the Niners.
For the 49ers, Defensive Rookie of the Year Nick Bosa and his unit are fearsome, loaded at every level with youth, talent and experience, particularly with Richard Sherman in regard to the latter. But if Garoppolo and George Kittle, along with the run game, can get rolling, this team may get into a shootout with the Chiefs.
