While both A.J. Bouye and Tre Herndon are a solid duo of starting corners, the Jaguars lack a consistent option behind them following the Jalen Ramsey trade that landed them their extra first-round selection. Trevon Diggs has been one of the leaders of one of the nation’s top defenses for the past two years at Alabama.

Best-case scenario, he contributes instantly for the Jaguars and eventually becomes the No. 1 corner, depending on what Jacksonville decides to do with Bouye when he becomes a free agent in 2022.

Hunter Bryant is a top-three tight end in this class and the Jaguars are in desperate need of an upgrade at that position. His 825 receiving yards led Washington in 2019 and his 52 catches were second on the team.

The leading tight end on in terms of receptions for the Jags in 2019 was James O’Shaughnessy with 14. Bryant would be an immediate starter and provide a monumental upgrade in terms of a receiving threat at the tight end position.

A four-year starter, Hakeem Adeniji showed promise in his time with Kansas. Watching tape of his from this past season — specifically against West Virginia — the Jayhawks left tackle showed the ability to keep pass rushers at bay off the edge. In addition to that, Adeniji has decently quick feet in both the passing game and has proven successful while pulling in the run game.

Grooming the All-Big 12 lineman behind the stout offensive line in Jacksonville could make him a solid backup and perhaps even a solid starter down the line.
