player. 30. . OT. New York Jets. Andrew Thomas. 11

It was downright pitiful watching the Jets offense try and operate in the 2019 season. They undoubtedly have some promising pieces with quarterback Sam Darnold and, of course, their prized 2019 free-agent acquisition, running back Le’Veon Bell. However, neither player was able to reach their full potential largely because of how abysmal the New York offensive line was. That must be fixed immediately.

Andrew Thomas out of Georgia comes in with the ability to elevate that group immediately and help Bell in particular. He’s a tremendous and powerful run-blocker that can come in right away and grade the road. While his footwork does require work in pass-protection, he’s still an upgrade for the Jets line in its current form, making him an easy choice at No. 11 in this 2020 NFL Mock Draft.

12. player. 28. . WR. Las Vegas Raiders. CeeDee Lamb

The now-Las Vegas Raiders made great strides this past season with Jon Gruden and Mike Mayock building the team in their image. Josh Jacobs is a true workhorse and star at running back, the defense improved, Darren Waller emerged as an elite tight end and the Raiders flirted with a playoff berth. However, the offense still needs a go-to option at wide receiver to really take this offense to new heights.

CeeDee Lamb has a claim to stake to be the No. 1 wide receiver in the 2020 NFL Draft class and for good reason. He’s not the fastest player but he has plenty of juice to go with a nice 6-2, 189-pound frame. Lamb can make anyone miss with the ball in his hands and is fantastic as a route-runner and sure-handed player. He can be a top threat in any offense, which is exactly what the Raiders need, no matter who is lining up at quarterback.
