2. Jamie Collins, New England Patriots (Age: 30)

Jamie Collins may be around the same age as Bradham, but he was absolutely outstanding in his first season back with the Patriots after a short stint with the Cleveland Browns. Back in New England, he compiled 81 tackles, seven sacks and three interceptions in the 2019 season. Now he is back on the market.

While it seems likely that the Patriots will re-sign him, Collins would be a decent veteran upgrade for the Eagles, especially in the short-term considering how quickly their championship window is closing. He would also be a great mentor for Gerry and the other young linebackers on the depth chart. But if Philadelphia is going to lure him away from the Pats, there might be a tax to do so.

1. Kyle Van Noy, New England Patriots (Age: 28)

Why not add another Patriot to this list?

Kyle Van Noy will be entering free agency with Collins as well. Even though Van Noy lined up on the outside for most of 2019, he still can play off the ball as a middle linebacker. Van Noy would certainly be an upgrade over Bradham given his versatility and his dominance as a run defender.

The Patriots diamond in the rough is also a great blitzer as he would certainly improve the Eagles’ pass rush. Van Noy will be turning 29 years old in March, so the Eagles will need to be careful in regards to how much they spend on him considering he’s not that much younger than Bradham.
