player. 56. . QB. Cincinnati Bengals. Joe Burrow. 1

The possibility of Andy Dalton being traded was already mentioned and that’s because it seems as close to Sharpie as anything in the 2020 NFL Draft that the Cincinnati Bengals are taking Joe Burrow with the No. 1 overall pick. Everything we saw from Burrow at LSU in 2019 makes you believe he’s only going to impress at the NFL Combine and will only further solidify he has the goods to be the first selection this year.

Washington Commanders. Chase Young. 2. player. 58. . EDGE

Because the Washington Redskins have the possibility to take the best overall prospect in the draft, Ohio State edge rusher Chase Young, the likelihood of them trading out of the No. 2 pick doesn’t seem high. However, with no second-round pick, if they got a king’s ransom offer to move up to this spot, they could take it.

I’m not seeing that happening right now as they can add Young to the mix and really give their defense an identity. Young and Montez Sweat can form a monster edge-rushing duo for years to come in Washington.

Trade: Dolphins trade No. 5, 26, 2021 second-round pick to Lions for No. 3

Miami Dolphins. Tua Tagovailoa. 3. player. 59. . QB

There’s not a whole of imagination in the Miami Dolphins trading up to the No. 3 pick with the Detroit Lions but it also makes too much sense for it to not happen. The Dolphins need to ensure they get their guy, Tua Tagovailoa, and have more draft capital than anyone to get the deal done. While there have been reports that Justin Herbert, not Tua, could be Miami’s cup of tea, that screams “smokescreen” to me.

player. 31. . OT. New York Giants. Jedrick Wills. 4

Nate Solder was an abomination for the Giants last season in trying to help Daniel Jones develop and let Saquon Barkley be great. So general manager Dave Gettleman gets one of the big fellas he loves to add to his team to address that need, taking offensive tackle Jedrick Wills out of Alabama at No. 4. Fluid, smooth and athletic in pass-blocking sets and a nasty road-grader in the run game, Wills projects as a Day 1 starter that will set the tone in the trenches for Big Blue.
