NFL Free Agency 2020: Best landing spot for top 20 players

A 7-3 record and a run to the AFC Championship apparently has the Tennessee Titans ready to commit to veteran quarterback Ryan Tannehill for next season, with ESPN’s Dianna Russini reporting last month there is mutual interest between Tannehill and the Titans to keep the former Texas A&M receiver in Nashville.
Tennessee was 2-4 when Tannehill replaced Marcus Mariota as the team’s starting quarterback. The Titans finished 9-7 and captured a wild-card spot before posting road wins at both New England and Baltimore in the playoffs before running out of steam at Kansas City.
Tannehill, who had a career passer rating of 87.0 in six seasons with the Dolphins and never posted a QBR better than 59.3, led the NFL with a rating of 117.5 last season to go with a career-best 65.4 QBR.
He completed 70.3 percent of his passes for 2,742 yards and 22 touchdowns with just six interceptions in 12 games, 10 of them starts, and led the league in yards per attempt, yards per completion and net yards per attempt. He also ran for 185 yards on 43 carries with four touchdowns.
In the playoff wins over the Patriots and Ravens, Tannehill threw a combined 29 passes for 160 yards as Tennessee rode the legs of Derrick Henry (182 yards and a touchdown at Foxborough, 195 yards at Baltimore). The Titans coughed up a 17-7 lead to the Chiefs in the AFC Championship, trailing 21-17 by halftime, and Tannehill was forced to air it out 31 times.
One of Tannehill’s signature games was on Dec. 8, when he threw for 391 yards and three scores in a win at Oakland. It was the most yardage in a game by a Tennessee quarterback since Ryan Fitzpatrick went for 402 in a loss to the Cardinals in 2013.
