NFL Free Agency 2020: Best landing spot for top 20 players

Tight end Hunter Henry missed the entire 2018 regular season with an injured right knee, recovering in time to start in the Los Angeles Chargers’ playoff loss at Foxborough, and came back with career highs in receptions and yards despite being limited to 12 games due to a fracture in his left knee.
Henry was targeted 76 times, making 55 receptions for 652 yards and five touchdowns while playing in 58 percent of Los Angeles’ offensive snaps, 614 in all.
The Chargers took Henry in the second round out of Arkansas in 2016, where he was the John Mackey winner as the nation’s top tight end as a junior in 2015.
According to Tony Pauline of Pro Football Network, the Chargers will reportedly use the transition tag to retain Henry if they are unable to come to terms before the end of the tagging period.
Henry was able to fill in ably for long-time fixture Antonio Gates, who did not play in 2019 and announced his retirement in January. Retaining the four-year veteran will help Los Angeles transition to whomever the new quarterback turns out to be. Philip Rivers, the starter since 2006, will not be back in 2020.
