3. Buffalo Bills

The New England Patriots look vulnerable for the first time in roughly two decades. Tom Brady might abandon the franchise that ruled the AFC East with an iron first for so long. Jamie Collins, Devin McCourty, Joe Thuney and Kyle Van Noy won’t be far behind. The Bills can claim the East in 2020, but the team’s offense needs some serious upgrades.

Josh Allen is a decent quarterback. He plays well at times, but there are games where nothing goes his way. Buffalo needs to shield their young quarterback behind a wall of offensive weapons. Unfortunately, the team’s current crop of pass-catchers is less than exciting.

John Brown and Cole Beasley served as the team’s top two receivers last season. The two players combined for 1,838 receiving yards. Behind them, Buffalo’s top tight end finished with 338 yards. Dawson Knox led all Bills tight ends with 28 receptions and two touchdowns. In total, Buffalo’s tight ends combined for 46 receptions, 604 yards and four touchdowns.

Buffalo cannot compete at a high level with their measly tight end production. The team needs a real starter, and Henry could become the team’s first productive tight end since Charles Clay. The Bills can make a deep playoff push if they play their cards well this offseason.
