Pick Analysis. player. 46. Scouting Report. WR. Alabama. Jerry Jeudy. 13

It’s looking more like the Colts might be the eventual destination for Philip Rivers in free agency. And with Tampa moving ahead of Indianapolis to take Jordan Love, they punt on quarterback at this point and instead add a weapon to play at receiver with T.Y. Hilton.

Jerry Jeudy checked every box he needed to at the NFL Combine. He’s not the best athlete in the 2020 NFL Draft but he’s by far the best route-runner and has more than enough juice to keep winning at various levels of the defense. He’s a perfect piece to add to this Indianapolis offense to help them thrive.

Georgia. Andrew Thomas. 14. player. Scouting Report. OT. 30. Pick Analysis

(via Buccaneers) The Jets have to be thrilled with the way the board has fallen, even after trading down to No. 14. If they were to stay at No. 11, the pick would probably be Andrew Thomas. But after acquiring more draft capital, they still get their potential franchise left tackle to protect Sam Darnold and block for Le’Veon Bell.

Thomas may not be the most overly impressive prospect but he’s 100 percent effective in every regard. The Georgia product can start right away and vastly improve Gang Green’s O-line.

Pick Analysis. Alabama. Henry Ruggs III. 15. player. 45. Scouting Report. WR

As expected, Henry Ruggs III burned up the 40-yard dash with the fastest time (4.27 seconds) of anyone at the NFL Combine. And there has been a connection between the Alabama wide receiver and the Denver Broncos for quite some time. It might be a shock that he falls this far, Denver is doing backflips as they get their guy. He can be an elite complement to Courtland Sutton and truly help Drew Lock become a viable starting quarterback in the NFL.

Pick Analysis. EDGE. Yetur Gross-Matos. 16. player. Scouting Report. Penn State. 44

For quite some time in most every NFL Mock Draft, I’ve had Epenesa going to the Falcons as an ideal fit. But after his week in Indianapolis, it’s hard to put the Iowa edge rusher in the top 20 picks. Even still, Atlanta needs help in that regard, so Yetur Gross-Matos is the selection at No. 16.

Gross-Matos has a ton of upside as a pass-rusher with the physical tools and athletic ability to succeed, he just needs coaching with his plan and technique when getting after the quarterback. However, he’s already a forceful player against the run and is going to the right place to develop his tools.
