35. Vonn Bell, S

Vonn Bell isn’t going to be a single-handed game-changer for a defense but he’s very much a player that you can put on the back end and help a defense shore things up. He should get a nice payday in 2020 NFL free agency for a team that has that type of move in mind.

34. Melvin Gordon, RB

Holding out last offseason didn’t go to plan for running back Melvin Gordon. When he returned to the Chargers, he was inconsistent and, overall, averaged fewer than 4.0 yards per carry on the year, despite his eight touchdowns. Still, his previous track record shows he might be able to help ignite a team’s rushing attack.

33. Joe Schobert, LB

The Browns are looking to revamp their linebacker corps, which is why they’re letting Joe Schobert walk and cut Christian Kirksey. The former has the potential to be the answer for several teams that are in need of linebacker help as he’s been an intensely underrated asset in Cleveland’s defense.

32. Robert Quinn, EDGE

Traded to the Cowboys for a late-round pick, Robert Quinn was quietly one of the most important additions for any team in the NFC. He was productive and, more than that, consistently effective in a pass-rushing role with Dallas. Chances are, they try to bring him back — if they can afford him.

31. Kenyan Drake, RB

Update (March 16): Transition tagged by Cardinals

Once he got away from trying to run behind Miami’s porous offensive line and got out in space with the Cardinals offense, Kenyan Drake showcased the talent that many have been waiting to see from him for quite a while. Whether or not another team can find the same success, however, is up for debate.
