25. Bryan Bulaga, OT

When on the field, few right tackles have been as effective as Brian Bulaga. But staying on the field has been an issue as of late and, in his 30s, that could mean the Packers are ready to move on from the veteran and there will surely be several teams ready to add him to their unit in the trenches.

24. Bud Dupree, EDGE

Update (March 16): Franchise tagged by Steelers

A former first-round pick, there’s a high likelihood that Bud Dupree gets slapped with the franchise tag this offseason. However, he’s not lived up to his draft status to this point and how that plays out in free agency could be intriguing as to which teams would be willing to take a slight gamble on him.

23. Teddy Bridgewater, QB

With Brees out for several weeks, Teddy Bridgewater stepped in and performed beautifully. That could earn him a chance to start somewhere in the NFL for the 2020 season — but where that happens remains to be seen. There should be a strong market for Teddy Two Gloves.

22. D.J. Reader, DT

D.J. Reader might not be a sexy name to discuss in this free-agent class but he’s a player I’m super high on in terms of what he can bring to a team, especially after the effort he put forth in the 2019 campaign.

21. Logan Ryan, CB

Quietly, Logan Ryan had a Defensive Player of the Year caliber 2019 season with the Titans but now is over 30 and hitting NFL free agency. Could Tennessee bring him back or do they have bigger fish to fry that will price him out? Regardless, every team in the NFL could likely use Ryan on the roster.
