20. Emmanuel Sanders, WR

The only thing holding Emmanuel Sanders back at this point is age as he nears his mid-30s. He’s been a consistent force out of the slot in any offense and should continue to be that after finishing the 2019 season with the 49ers.

19. Dante Fowler Jr., EDGE

In his first full season with the Rams, Dante Fowler Jr. racked up 11.5 sacks and is now possibly going to cash in. The question teams will have to ask, however, is what teams will be willing to pay him.

18. Jameis Winston, QB

As he’s been when on the field as well, Jameis Winston is a free agency wild card. Who knows which team is willing to take a huge risk on the former No. 1 pick but whoever does will be the talk of the NFL.

17. Cory Littleton, LB

Cory Littleton is not going to be a plus run defender for whatever team he joins but his ability in coverage makes him a terrific asset for any team that can sign him. That being said, what a team is willing to pay him as the best linebacker on the market makes him fascinating.

16. Chris Harris Jr., CB

Though he’s on the wrong side of 30 years old now, Chris Harris Jr. has been a consistent force in the NFL for quite some time in the secondary. With his time in Denver clearly coming to an end, there should be a strong market for his services.
