Denver Broncos: Damon Harrison

With the Detroit Lions already making it clear that Damon Harrison didn’t turn out to be the best fit on the defensive side of the football, it will be interesting to see where the veteran defender will end up.

Better yet, does Harrison still have what it takes to prove to teams that he can in fact still make an impact on the defensive side of the football?

Since Harrison may seem like a risk for some teams, there’s a good chance that anyone expressing interest will most likely be able to land him on a favorable team after he managed to start 15 games for the Lions in 2019 while finishing with just two sacks.

Over the years, the Denver Broncos have established a reputation for having a solid defense led by Von Miller, and while Harrison doesn’t seem like the most attractive option in the world, this could be another one of those underrated moves.

After seeing how things played out over the last few seasons with the Lions and New York Giants, it’s clear that Harrison is in need of a fresh start on a new team since the end of his NFL career appears to be around the corner.

Even if Harrison only has another solid year or two left in him, if he could help the Broncos put an end to their overdue playoff drought, this is what would really matter the most.
