Baltimore Ravens: Dante Fowler Jr.

Without question, Dante Fowler Jr. being acquired by the Los Angeles Rams from the Jacksonville Jaguars before the trade deadline in 2019 was the best to happen to the former Florida star’s career.

Unfortunately, Fowler never really seemed to find his groove in Jacksonville, but the linebacker quickly learned that a fresh start on a new team like the Rams was just what he needed to finally get his NFL career on the right path.

Right away, Fowler wasted little time finding ways to make an impact on the defensive side of the football for Los Angeles, and recently put together the best year of his career in 2019 by recording 11.5 sacks.

Even if the argument can be made that Fowler’s numbers were higher due to the defender being able to take advantage of playing alongside Aaron Donald, this still shouldn’t take away from his career season.

Plenty of teams would love the opportunity to sign Fowler during the upcoming free agency period, and with the Baltimore Ravens expected to feel extra motivated for redemption after the results of last season, this could be a perfect fit for both parties.

Normally, the Ravens always seem to have one of the league’s top defenses, and by adding Fowler to the mix, it will only put the unit in better position to keep the trend going throughout the 2020 season.
