2. Tennessee Titans

Placing the franchise tag on Derrick Henry was an easy decision for the Tennessee Titans when seeing how the running back basically carried the offense throughout the playoffs in January, setting the bar high for 2020 once again.

Back in 2016, it was somewhat surprising to see Henry slip to the second round after watching the running back shred defenses during his time at Alabama, and he should be in for a big 2020 after setting career highs across the board last season.

But of course, even the best running backs need breaks from time to time in the NFL, and with the Titans in need of help at running back following the recent release of Dion Lewis, just imagine what the addition of Gurley could do for this offense.

Gurley may not see as many carries in Tennessee as a result of playing alongside Henry, but this seems like a scenario that would be worth it for both parties.

Whether Gurley wants to hear it or not, after the results of last season, the running back may need to accept the fact that he is heading towards a reduced role no matter what next season, whether it happens to be on the Titans or a different team.
