Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. 10. player. 36. OT. Louisville. Mekhi Becton

Trade alert: Seattle trades the No 27 pick in Round 1, No. 59 in Round 2 and No. 133 in Round 4 for the No. 10 overall pick from the Cleveland Browns

No team has positioned themselves better than the Cleveland Browns as the draft approaches. For a team with so many holes entering the offseason, they’ve managed to fill just about all of them which frees them up to do just about anything they want in this draft. They can trade up to get an elite playmaker, trade down to add more talent, or stay put and take the best player available.

In this mock, they end up trading down, although they wouldn’t have if Isaiah Simmons fell this far, and adding more draft capital. The Seattle Seahawks are the team that makes the leap as they go from No. 27 to No. 10 to finally land an elite offensive tackle in the draft.

Mekhi Becton turned a lot of heads at the Scouting Combine as he proved a 6-7, 364-pound man could still be athletic. In Seattle, he would likely start out as a right tackle, but could eventually replace Duane Brown, their 34-year-old left tackle. It’s a long-overdue move for Seattle but their roster is close to contending for a Super Bowl and keeping Russell Wilson upright should be their primary concern as they keep trying to get another title.
