As great as it is for the Washington Redskins to see Kendall Fuller return to the team after the cornerback spent the previous two years with the Kansas City Chiefs to help improve the defense, Ron Rivera and company still seem to have more questions than answers at the moment.

For starters, Rivera will be facing plenty of heavy pressure during his first year as head coach with the Redskins after seeing how the previous two years played out with the Carolina Panthers, although Washington is clearly a work in progress as well.

Not to mention, as much as the Redskins seemed sold on Dwayne Haskins having what it takes to be their quarterback of the future, there has been plenty of talk surrounding the possibility of the team moving forward with someone else, whether through free agency or the draft.

Either way, as much as the Redskins want to believe they’re ready to take the leap in the NFC next season to potentially become a legitimate contender, there is still plenty of work to be done, and Haskins still needs to prove he is, in fact, the answer.

So for now, it only seems fair to have Washington sit near the bottom of these rankings with the hope things improve over the next couple of months.
