With their second and final pick in the third round, the Raiders pick up Missouri offensive lineman Yasir Durant. A JUCO transfer from Arizona Western Community College, Durant stood out as a guard. He then played mostly tackle at Missouri, which wasn’t his best fit.

He’s better inside and is a monster at 6-7, 330 pounds. Even with that size, he’s got quick feet and can really do work when used on pulls. Durant could be a quick starter and will help the Raiders improve their run game — which was already good with Josh Jacobs running for 1,150 yards as a rookie.

After deviating from championship-caliber teams for a couple of picks, the Raiders go back to the well here and take a player from Alabama in Anfernee Jennings. He doesn’t have the ideal height for the position at just 6-2, but he showed he can still produce — racking up eight sacks last season for the Crimson Tide.

Las Vegas hopes Clelin Ferrell takes the next step as a defensive end in 2020 and Maxx Crosby was a surprise, scoring 10 sacks as a rookie. Jennings won’t be challenging either of them but he does give them a solid rotational pass rusher.
