After landing a solid wide receiver to round out their corps in the first round, the Ravens now add a solid interior offensive lineman with their first of two picks in the second round. Ohio State’s Jonah Jackson is the pick as Baltimore adds a former team captain from the Buckeyes to help the line improve.

He comes into the NFL with a lot of experience as a redshirt senior who had to fight for a starting job on a talented team — which came after transferring from Rutgers to Ohio State.

Listed at 6-foot-4 and 310-pounds, Jackson is light on his feet which will help him a lot in Baltimore considering the quarterback he will be blocking for is often on the move.

Another Ohio State selection here as the Ravens now grab Malik Harrison with their second pick in the second round. Harrison has exceptional size at 6-3 and 247 pounds but is still able to cover a lot of ground due to his quickness. He showed off his speed at the Scouting Combine by putting up a 4.66 in the 40-yard dash.

Baltimore’s defense was one of the best in the game last season and that’s due to some excellent drafting over the years. They continue to add talented youth to that side of the ball as Harrison should be a starter from the day he arrives.
