Laviska Shenault Jr.: 5 Best landing spots in 2020 NFL Draft
By Dan Parzych
1. Miami Dolphins
Thanks to some previous wheeling and dealing, the Miami Dolphins are in one of the best positions to fill numerous needs early on in the draft, including wide receiver.
Not only are the Dolphins fortunate enough to have three picks in the first round, but the team also has two in the second as well, giving Miami a total of five selections before Round 3 even begins.
The good news for the Dolphins is the offense isn’t exactly in terrible shape at wide receiver sine DeVante Parker is coming off a monster season, and should be feeling extra motivated to follow up with a strong 2020 campaign entering the final year of his contract.
But beyond Parker, Miami could use some help with another reliable weapon for Ryan Fitzpatrick or Josh Rosen to work with, depending on who the Dolphins decide to go with come September.
Even though the Dolphins are expected to experience another year of rebuilding, the end of last season showed that Miami may have what it takes to be a surprise contender in the AFC.
Adding another playmaker like Shenault to the mix could put the Dolphins in better position to pull this goal off.
