13. Demar Dotson, OT

There’s honestly a good chance, in my opinion, that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers could bring back Demar Dotson after signing Tom Brady as the team needs an answer at one of the tackle spots right now. But at 34 years old, the Bucs may turn to the draft in order to address that need, which means that Dotson, who has been a steady performer in his career, could be looking for a new home.

In stark contrast to the Buccaneers, the offseason has seen the Chargers upgrade at a ton of positions but take a big step back at quarterback by letting Philip Rivers walk and planning to start Tyrod Taylor as of now. But after trading Russell Okung this offseason, either Taylor or a rookie quarterback needs a solid left tackle to protect him, which is where Dotson could come into play for them.

Where he’ll sign: Los Angeles Chargers

14. Trumaine Johnson, CB

Without question, cornerback Trumaine Johnson has a stigma attached to him after his disastrous and brief tenure with the New York Jets. Gang Green handed him a big contract a couple of offseasons ago and he never even sniffed the notion of living up to it while in the Big Apple. Now he’s on the market and that is seemingly following him around.

In a functional secondary, however, Johnson has the ability to still be a solid cornerback and his shortcomings at this point in his career are much more palatable if a team is able to secure his services on a modest contract. The rapidly reshaping Jaguars are in dire need of cornerback help and adding a cheap veteran like Johnson could help the cause for the 2020 season now that both Jalen Ramsey and A.J. Bouye have been traded away.
