15. Damon Harrison, DT

As has been the case for the entirety of his career, a team looking for versatility should not be interested in signing veteran defensive tackle Damon Harrison. “Snacks” is a run-stuffer of the highest order but he doesn’t offer much else beyond that. While that does depress his value quite a bit as he’s on the free-agent market, Harrison can still fill that run-stopping role for a team in need.

While the Steelers suffered a big loss with Javon Hargrave leaving in free agency, they made a savvy move to get Chris Wormley from the Ravens in a trade. However, they could still use depth moving forward on the defensive line and adding a situational player such as Harrison to the mix could make a strong defense even more so for the upcoming season.

16. P.J. Williams, CB

P.J. Williams has never been a spectacular player, save for a stretch a couple of seasons ago where he somehow got hot and looked like one of the best cornerbacks in the NFL for a brief flash. Even still, he’s been solid throughout his career and remains relatively young and valuable at just 27 years old. More importantly at this stage of NFL free agency, he should come with a cheap price tag.

The Packers have a solid and young outside cornerback duo in Jaire Alexander and Kevin King that the organization is clearly high on. But in terms of their sub-package secondary, they are set to part ways with longtime veteran Tramon Williams, which means that P.J. Williams could come to Green Bay and be a valuable situational presence on the Packers defense.
