Jon Runyan followed in his father’s footsteps by playing offensive line for the Michigan Wolverines. In this scenario, he follows his footsteps once again by being selected by the Tennessee Titans.

Runyan gives the Titans much-needed depth on the offensive line as they will be filling the hole left by Jack Conklin‘s departure to Cleveland in free agency.

While head coach Mike Vrabel has had praise for Logan Woodside, it’s highly unlikely the team will feel comfortable just handing him the backup job behind the newly extended Ryan Tannehill.

Nate Stanley is a big quarterback with an even bigger arm. His physical traits will make NFL coaches believe they will be able to mold him into a sufficient backup quarterback, though that’s likely his ceiling at the pro level.

Assuming the team is able to land coveted defensive end Jadeveon Clowney, the only need on the defensive line will be purely for depth. Nick Coe is listed at 6-5 and 280 pounds. And with that frame, the Auburn product still clocked a 4.89-second 40-yard dash.

Vrabel could potentially groom Coe to be Daquan Jones‘ cheaper replacement and an overall younger upgrade on the defensive line.
