4. Joe Burrow, QB, LSU

If there’s any incoming rookie quarterback who figures to get an opportunity to rack up fantasy points in 2020, it’s Joe Burrow. Even if he does end up with the hapless Cincinnati Bengals, the young gunslinger from LSU figures to light up the stat sheet in Year 1.

Assuming Burrow lands with the Bengals, he’ll have some solid weapons to work with. As long as A.J. Green doesn’t hold out, he’ll have a legitimate No. 1 receiver to target. Tyler Boyd and John Ross aren’t exactly the exciting depth options, but life goes on. Burrow also has Joe Mixon and Gio Bernard in the backfield, both of whom excel in the passing game.

The only real concern here is the offensive line, which is easily one of the worst in the NFL. Burrow figures to spend much of his rookie season running for his life. As luck would have it, though, the former Tiger is a solid athlete who can plays with his feet as well.

Regardless of what the Bengals put around him, Burrow should be a game-changer for them. He’s a top quarterback talent who should shine from Day 1. While I wouldn’t expect a one-season turnaround for Cincinnati, Burrow should make fantasy owners very happy.
