Pick Analysis. CB. C.J. Henderson. player. Scouting Report. Florida. 13. 42

(Pick via Indianapolis)

Trading DeForest Buckner for the No. 13 overall pick is a huge win for the 49ers. After No. 31, they didn’t pick again until the 150s. Now they have two first-rounders to operate with. And with the 13th pick, they take C.J. Henderson out of Florida. He’s an elite physical specimen at cornerback who can be an elite coverage player in the NFL. Though the San Francisco secondary was great, adding youth and talent is necessary for that group.

Pick Analysis. South Carolina. Javon Kinlaw. player. Scouting Report. 14. 52. IDL

(Pick via Tampa Bay)

Trading down from the No. 9 pick may not be the smartest move for some people but I like it for Jacksonville. That’s especially true as they can land a player like Javon Kinlaw. While not a great run defender — or at least a polished one — right now, Kinlaw has pass-rushing tools for days and could help replace the loss of Calais Campbell and help the Jags restore their defensive identity.

Pick Analysis. WR. Alabama. Henry Ruggs III. 15. 45. Scouting Report. player

This has been talked about for a long while and it just makes too much sense for it not to happen. The Denver Broncos are ready to go in and make a run with new quarterback Drew Lock. However, they need to get a complementary weapon alongside Courtland Sutton, which is what Henry Ruggs III. With blazing speed, he’s more than just wheels as he has great hands, footwork and vision. He could take the Broncos offense to new heights.

TRADE ALERT: Eagles trade No. 21, 103 and 127 to Falcons for No. 16 and 143

Now that the top two wide receivers are off of the board, the Philadelphia Eagles have to make their move. Yes, they could still get a good player if they stood pat at No. 21 and missed out on Jerry Jeudy. But at the end of the day, they can’t miss out on Jeudy. A supreme route-runner with plenty of juice, the Alabama product would be a potential superstar playing with Carson Wentz in this offense.
