2020 NFL Draft: 20 Bold predictions for first round

10. Eagles give up future first-round pick to land Lamb
Since the Philadelphia Eagles already made a big move at cornerback this offseason by acquiring Darius Slay from the Detroit Lions, it seems to make perfect sense the team will strongly consider going with a wide receiver in the first round.
At No. 21, there’s a chance the Eagles will be in great position to land someone like Justin Jefferson or Denzel Mims to help fill their need at wideout.
But if Philadelphia has their eyes set on one of the better receivers such as CeeDee Lamb, they will most likely need to trade up just to have a fighting shot at the Oklahoma standout.
From his amazing ball skills to the 127 catches recorded in 27 games during the final two seasons with the Sooners, there is plenty to love about Lamb entering the draft.
Most importantly, the Eagles are clearly in need of depth at the wide receiver position after seeing all of the injuries Alshon Jeffery and DeSean Jackson experienced throughout last season.
Even if landing Lamb would be costly for Philadelphia in regards to future draft picks since plenty of teams would love to see the wideout come on board to improve their offense with his playmaking abilities, the Eagles wouldn’t regret a move like this one.
